Erfurt Südost covers a total area of some 40 ha. The buildable land makes up 35 ha, while around 8 ha remain available for new investors or tenants. The largest contiguous plot is 3 ha in size. Some 50 ha have been held in reserve to be developed as needed.

You are more than welcome to rent: Besides LEG and X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries AG, the Erfurt Application Center for Microsystems Engineering (AZM) also offer leases to new business owners and companies that need clean room or laboratory facilities.

The AZM possesses around 4,000 m² of space, including 1,500 m² in clean rooms and 1,100 m² in laboratories. It is fully leased up at present.
